Designer

Floor & Decor Designer role focusing on in-store consultative design services. Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling design appointments, advising on tile/wood/stone and accessories, designing complete solutions that reflect client style, lifestyle, and budget, managing multiple projects through all phases with clear communication, collaborating with store leadership, and using design tools to create and present concepts. Strong verbal/written/interpersonal skills, basic math, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are required. Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus; degree in design is a plus. Travel may be limited; office environment with opportunities to engage customers and drive design-related sales.
