Job Summary
Floor & Decor Designer responsibilities include meeting with customers, listening to project needs, and developing a complete design concept that reflects the customer’s personal style, lifestyle, and budget. Responsibilities include scheduling design appointments, advising on tile/wood/stone and accessories for residential and commercial projects, managing multiple projects with clear communication, collaborating with store leadership to move projects from inquiry to installation, and staying current with design trends. Proficiency with design tools such as Salesforce, Online Design Appointment Scheduler, and MyProject is expected; limited travel may be required by car. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of One (1) year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience
- Proficient in basic mathematical skills
