Job Summary
Floor & Decor Designers provide consultative design services that nurture customer relationships and brand loyalty. Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling design appointments, advising on tile and accessories, and managing multiple design projects. Candidates should have at least one year of interior design or retail/sales experience, with proficiency in basic math, strong interpersonal skills, and basic computer knowledge. A degree in design and knowledge of hard surface flooring are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of One (1) year of interior design experience
- Proficient in basic mathematical skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite
