Job Summary

Lead the design of equipment, systems, or installations and modify pre-engineered designs by applying standard design concepts. Create drawings and calculations according to specifications, participate in design reviews and verification, and adjust designs as needed. Familiarize with the department’s operations, production of LV switchboards (MNS, Neogear), and Solidworks usage. Create orders under guidance and progress to independent work on atypical parts/assemblies. Process/modify drawing documentation and prepare technical materials for production and customers. Work with 2D/3D assemblies, oversee prototype, verification, and test series during development of atypical solutions. Collaborate with Prototype production, Assembly, and Testing teams. Report milestones and project results and navigate internal systems. Long-term deepening and expansion of expertise. Qualifications include strong 2D/3D Solidworks skills, experience with LV switchboards, advanced MS Office knowledge, and proven reliability, communication, stress resistance, and time management. Degree in mechanical engineering or related field; Czech language with intermediate English (A2-B1).
