Job Summary
Designer Drafter supporting plant engineering in Towanda, performing drafting of P&IDs, process flow diagrams, piping, structural, electrical, and fabrication drawings; producing print plots and PDF conversions; taking field measurements; beam calculations and deck design; ensuring OSHA/ASME-compliant designs; reviewing vendor drawings; writing material lists and purchase requisitions; archiving prints and material lists; providing graphic art support for SEA and plant needs; and supporting maintenance with flat patterns and part drawings. Must be able to work under limited supervision and may require PPE, confined space entry, and working at heights.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year CAD/Drafting Degree or equivalent
- 8-12 years of experience
- proficiency in AutoCAD
Additional Requirements
- ITAR compliance
- U.S. citizenship or eligible to obtain required authorizations
