Designer/Drafter

Prepares clear, complete design documentation and develops drawings for components, products, or systems using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN) per engineering specifications. Tasks include creating models, drawings, BOMs, and verification of dimensions and materials; supports design development, scheduling, and coordination with internal departments and external vendors. Emphasis on CAD best practices, documentation, and adherence to budgets and deadlines; may involve world travel as part of a global company. Primary objective is to prepare design documentation to assist sale, manufacture, and service of products while following established standards and procedures.
