Designer / Drafter

Prepare preliminary design based on requirements and review designs with the Job Captain, Project Manager, and client for approval. Develop construction documents, apply codes, and submit projects to the city while responding to comments with oversight. Assist in coordination with external consultants, manage design hours against budget, and approve submittals during construction administration. Perform day-to-day operations across all project phases, including translating field investigations and as-built conditions into CAD or Revit files. Maintain organized project libraries and archives. This Architectural Drafter works with minimal supervision on commercial architecture projects ranging from corporate offices to medical facilities for top Silicon Valley clients.
