Job Summary
Mid-weight, studio-experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality creative work quickly and at scale. Responsible for concepting and planning execution across a wide variety of communications projects in campaigns, presentations, case studies, pitches, social, digital and print assets; develop conceptual and stylistic direction; produce highly conceptual work that achieves client and business goals; lead and participate in creative brainstorms; interpret briefs, generate multiple design options, and work within structured workflows; review and prepare files for production with meticulous attention to detail; manage multiple projects and coordinate production with producers; collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver integrated creative solutions; stay current on design trends and maintain high standards while remaining flexible to feedback and iteration.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in an agency or studio environment
- Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising or Graphic Design
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layout, composition and typography
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and workflows
- Experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects is a strong advantage
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating branding, presentations, infographics, digital/interactive, advertising, social and print design work
