Job Summary
Support the product and marketing teams by creating design assets ranging from mood boards to product mockups, while autonomously owning segments of product design. Develop concepts and prototypes, balancing pixel-perfect attention to detail with low-fi sketches, and apply hands-on user research to inform A/B testing options. Collaborate with product managers on initial concepts and communicate effectively with engineers and analytics teams within an agile development process. Stay current with market trends and competition to refine product instincts through data and user feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Have been working with web/mobile products
- You're a good communicator
- Have experience with modern tools in making IA, wireframes, low and high-fi mockups, e.g., Sketch, Invision, Figma, Miro etc.
- Experience in user testing
- Be comfortable with agile development process
- Have a strong experience in deciding and working with design/development scope for new projects
- Experienced in cross-functional communication, with PM, engineer and analytics
Desired Qualifications
- Able to create concepts and prototypes, gradually learn when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
- You constantly look out to the market, seeing the trend, watching the competitions
- Have been working with web/mobile products
- Thrive in a team setup
