Job Summary
Collaborate with engineering and product partners to drive end-to-end user experiences, creating wireframes, high-fidelity assets, journey maps, and service blueprints. Own customer outcomes by leveraging user feedback and data to inform design decisions and shape strategic direction with product management. Develop innovative solutions using cutting-edge AI tools to redefine intuitive design for AI-powered products. Facilitate design reviews and workshops to ensure seamless stakeholder collaboration across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in leading design in senior roles within SaaS products
- Ability to create design deliverables for the entire user experience, including design visions and initial concepts, workflows, wireframes, and polished visual designs
- Portfolio showing both Web and Mobile, with examples of shipped products including specific contributions in the design directions and decisions
- Experience incorporating findings from user research into designs and collaborating with UX research and content design
- Knowledge of French is required for permanent positions in Quebec
- Fluency in English is required for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in vertical markets, like Healthcare, Automotive, Education, and Insurance is a plus
