Designer

Designer at Crate & Barrel: drive sales and customer engagement through elevated design offerings in-store, in-home, and virtually. Lead design consultations (in-store, in-home, or via email/phone/virtual), create moodboards and 2D/3D floor plans, develop design packages to brand standards, deliver projects on schedule, and maintain brand aesthetics across store, e-commerce, and catalog channels. Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling, strong communication, and knowledge of product information, care guidelines, and current trends. Collaborate with store and design teams to support business goals, leverage selling skills to promote loyalty services (designer rewards, Design Trade Program, credit options), and participate in training on design services to drive clear understanding of offerings. Proficient use of 2D/3D design tools and Google Suite, with a focus on delivering elevated design solutions and a differentiated customer experience.
