Job Summary
Designer to join Cotton On Womenswear Design stream, owning the design journey from concept through to sample across Cut & Sew, Wovens, Denim & Knitwear. Translate trend and buying direction into wearable product, create CADs and design specs, and partner with Buying, Trend and Production to align ranges and deliver on time. Lead development from concept to sample with attention to fit, quality and construction. You will design and develop product aligned to brand DNA and commercial outcomes, using hand sketching or CAD skills in Illustrator, and collaborate across teams to refine ranges based on performance insights. Strong emphasis on trend awareness, customer resonance, and delivering product with a clear point of view.
Required Qualifications
- Qualification in Fashion Design or a related field
- Proven experience in a Designer role
