Job Summary
Accept specific design assignments and develop concepts according to senior architect parameters. Manage project components to ensure execution within schedule and budget while maintaining quality control on architectural elements. Review drawings, documents, and submittals for code compliance, and keep the lead architect informed of progress and issues. Maintain and archive all project documentation, and assist the project manager with workplans, team communication, and budget management. Obtain AXP hours to achieve architectural registration. This role supports medium to large-scale corporate, healthcare, arts, and culture projects within a global firm that recently won the American Architecture Award for Museums and Cultural Building. Proficiency in Revit and strong 2D/3D graphics skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture degree
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong 2D and 3D graphics skills
- Fluent knowledge of SketchUp
- Fluent knowledge of Rhino
- Fluent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Fluent knowledge of InDesign
- Fluent knowledge of Illustrator
- Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent knowledge of other related BIM technology

- Interest in working on medium to large-scale project types in a collaborative environment
- Interest in working in all stages of design with an aptitude for project management
