Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver elevated CB2 design experiences by leading one-on-one design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual discussions. Create moodboards and 2D floor plans, compile product lists, and provide design recommendations that align with the CB2 brand aesthetics while supporting merchandising strategy. Deliver projects on schedule, engage customers with the four steps of selling, stay informed about current design trends, and utilize technology (2D/3D tools, Google Suite, video conferencing) to translate client wants into elevated CB2 designs. Offer responsive, gracious service on the sales floor, in-store, virtually, and in customers’ homes when applicable, while driving KPIs and sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/ Home Decor Design or retail/ customer service experience
