Job Summary
Own the visual voice of the brand by setting creative direction across web, social, email, and packaging while personally designing key assets like hero banners, landing pages, and product galleries. Guide social media content for Instagram and Facebook, direct email marketing creatives including headers and newsletter layouts, and lead product packaging from concept through execution. Oversee e-books and digital plans, champion motion design and 3D visualization, and shoot/edit semi-professional product photography. Provide creative feedback and mentorship to designers and freelancers to maintain brand consistency. This full-time, fully remote contractor role requires EU hours availability (GMT), a background in B2C marketing, and 5+ years of experience owning brand-level creative direction.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction
- ideally in an agency or marketing-focused environment
- track record of owning brand or campaign-level creative direction
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative direction and hands-on design across web assets, social media, email creatives, and packaging
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- Strategic creative thinker with a strong grasp of branding, design trends, and performance-driven visual storytelling
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
