Designer

Designer role focused on translating Amca’s aesthetic vision into posters, marketing collateral, and merch across multiple offices/factories. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing posters, slide decks with personalization for customers, creating physical brochures and packaging materials, and producing custom collateral for flagship brands. Key skills: excellent graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma, ability to balance aesthetics with function, campaign conceptualization, time-management across concurrent projects, and willingness to source external partners as needed. Bonus points for web page work, 3D tool proficiency (Blender, Cinema4D, Maya), and illustration chops. This in-person role is based at the El Segundo office/factory in Southern California.
