Job Summary
Designated Coordinator at R&M Welty in Andover, MN seeks an experienced supervisor to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team delivering direct care to persons with disabilities or seniors. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency with documentation and technology; and a valid driver's license. Full-time, 7am-3pm, Monday–Friday with a sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days and pay from $27.00/hour plus experience credit. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct staff management in a health/human services setting (required)
- At least one year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training (required)
- Experience with Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications, or willingness to obtain this requirement
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards
- Proficient with technology and documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
