Job Summary
Designated Coordinator onsite role providing direct oversight of residential homes serving 4+ individuals, ensuring health/wellness, safety, and program quality in compliance with Minnesota Statute 245D. Responsibilities include leading and supervising direct support professionals, coordinating service delivery, monitoring medication administration, maintaining individual plans and financial records, preparing budgets and communications with regulatory agencies, and collaborating with behavioral analysts, therapists, and medical staff. Requires collaboration to promote person-centered outcomes, oversee staffing and shift coverage, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards; candidates must meet one of several education/experience pathways and hold current CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR; background study clearance is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field + 1 year of full‐time direct care experience with individuals with disabilities or adults age 65+
- Associate degree in a human services field + 2 years of full‐time direct care experience
- Diploma in a human services field from an accredited postsecondary institution + 3 years of full‐time direct care experience
- OR a minimum of 50 hours of education/training in human services and disabilities + 4 years of full‐time direct care experience under qualified supervision
