Job Summary
Supervise, support, train and evaluate Direct Support Professionals. Manage accounts payable, payroll records, petty cash and budget monitoring. Develop positive relationships with families, stakeholders, and community organizations. Ensure documentation and record keeping is maintained, and participate in trainings. Advocate for individuals’ needs regarding health, wellness, and essential life skills. Monitor medication and medical treatment administration as per physician orders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services and one year of experience
- Associate's degree in Human Services and two years of experience
- Diploma in Human Services with three years of experience
- 50 hours of relevant education and four years of experience

Additional Requirements
- Driver's license required
- CPR certificate and First Aid required (can be obtained after hire)
- Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance required
- Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with satisfactory record required
- Bachelor's degree with QDDP designation required when managing an ICF/MR program
