Job Summary
Coordinate service delivery, evaluate program quality, and ensure compliance with Minnesota Statute 245D for people served under 245D. Provide leadership and oversight in residential programs, supporting 4+ individuals and guiding direct support team members. Advocate for health and wellness, promote independence in essential life skills, monitor medication administration and medical treatments, and manage plans and financial records per regulation. responsibilities include program oversight, service delivery coordination, team leadership, compliance and quality assurance, collaboration with professionals, direct care hours, staffing and shift coverage, and administrative duties. Requires current CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certification (may be obtained after hire), supervisory training, and Background Study clearance; valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field + 1 year of full-time direct care experience with individuals with disabilities or adults age 65+
- Associate degree in a human services field + 2 years of full-time direct care experience
- Diploma in a human services field from an accredited postsecondary institution + 3 years of full-time direct care experience
- OR a minimum of 50 hours of education/training in human services and disabilities + 4 years of full-time direct care experience under qualified supervision
