Job Summary
Protect global brand and design innovations by identifying and tracking violations, analyzing online product piracy, and monitoring competitor activities. Conduct design and trademark research, prepare information for usage notices, and coordinate national and international protection registrations with development, product management, and marketing teams. Process examination opinions on trademarks and designs in collaboration with external patent attorneys while managing the existing portfolio and supporting contract administration. Ensure structured documentation of all IP-related administrative tasks. This role offers mobile work flexibility and requires 2–3 years of experience in the IP environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Patentanwalts‐, Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Studium mit Vorkenntnissen im o. g. Bereich
- 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IP‐Umfeld (Kanzlei oder Industrie)
- Sicherer Umgang mit IP‐Datenbanken und relevanten Recherchetools
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‐ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
