Job Summary
The Design Technology Specialist - Revit + BIM is responsible for managing and delivering Revit and BIM projects, including project data sets, workflows, and technical support for software applications. Key responsibilities include mentoring project teams, conducting training, managing project content, reviewing clash reports, and operationally managing cloud-based delivery platforms. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 7 years of experience in relevant software, and proven skills in project collaboration and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Planning, Interior Design, Engineering, Computational Design, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, BIM/3D modeling, and visualization tools
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Experienced with acceleration, analysis, automation, and customization tools in the software listed in this job description
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with operational management of cloud-based delivery platforms
- Experience with environmental analysis and data repositories
- Excellent organizational skills
- Persuasive communication skills in a rapidly changing landscape of design and delivery tools
Additional Requirements
- The ideal candidate must successfully complete Revit proficiency tests to be considered for this position
