Job Summary

Lead the implementation and execution of BIM and VDC processes across assigned projects, establishing execution plans and managing detailed 3D modeling to ensure constructability and minimize rework. Conduct clash detection and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors using digital platforms to resolve design conflicts during preconstruction. Optimize planning, scheduling, and cost estimation through VDC methodologies and simulation techniques, while providing training to teams on best practices and emerging technologies. Requires proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and may travel to project sites throughout the United States. Salary ranges from $79,000 to $120,750 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle phases
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms
  • Working knowledge of Total Station tools for field layout
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Aided Drafting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and applied experience
  • Progressive experience leading BIM/VDC efforts within the construction industry
  • Electrical construction experience
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • This position may require occasional travel to project sites throughout the United States and to company headquarters in Denver, CO, as needed for project support, collaboration, training, and business operations

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with BIM automation tools or scripting (e.g., Dynamo preferred)
  • Electrical construction experience preferred
  • Certifications in BIM/VDC-related technologies are a plus
