Design Technician V

Support electrical engineers with Altium schematic capture, PCB layout, and component verification while maintaining symbol and footprint libraries for reusable CAD design. Translate engineering direction into PCB layouts, test fixtures, and electrical documentation, then build, rework, and troubleshoot prototype PCBAs and cable assemblies. Perform board checkouts, unit testing, and system bring-up using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and LabVIEW to validate design performance and generate accurate test reports. Prepare BOMs, change orders, and release documentation while collaborating with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve technical risks and process gaps. Maintain lab organization and equipment calibration for development testing. This senior-level role partners with project teams to deliver electro-mechanical solutions for Medtronic's Interventional Cardiac Therapies Renal Denervation business, supporting new product development and revisions.
