Job Summary
Design Technician I role supporting development of design and documentation across JCJ Architecture projects. Responsibilities include contributing to design development and construction documentation, coordinating with internal teams and sub-consultants, preparing and delivering presentations to clients (physically and virtually), developing design solutions, and applying knowledge of space planning, building codes, and coordination with engineering disciplines. Must demonstrate proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, and be able to manage multiple projects with strong written and verbal communication. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent work experience and 3+ years of architectural practice. Hybrid work model available; positions located in Las Vegas, NV or Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years’ experience in architectural practice
- 2+ years creating design solutions
- Revit, AutoCAD current versions
- MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, MS Project
- 3D Rendering capability
