Job Summary
As a Design Technician Apprentice based in Milton Keynes, you will join the European Technical Centre and work alongside experienced engineers to support product design and technical expertise across Europe. You will learn how products are designed, build and modify equipment from drawings, understand pneumatic and electrical systems, test products for performance and longevity, use workshop tools safely, and develop communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Training is provided toward Level 3 Engineering Design Technician over a 42-month program, with potential progression to higher qualifications within the company. Entry requirements include a minimum of five GCSEs (A-C) including Maths, English, and a Science or Technical subject; the role emphasizes enthusiasm for engineering, problem solving, and hands-on learning.

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 4-9 (A-C) including Mathematics and English language and a Science or Technical subject at grade 6 or above
