Design Systems - AI & Design Ops F/M

Design Systems & AI Design Ops role at Betclic to own and evolve the design system as a scalable product, driving AI-readiness and tight integration with engineering workflows. You’ll lead governance, token evolution, reusable interaction patterns, and documentation, while building AI-native workflows connecting design, documentation, and code repositories. You’ll shape how AI transforms design production, evaluate and scale AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI), and enable cross-functional collaboration across Design, Product and Engineering to improve system adoption and product velocity. The position emphasizes significant design-systems experience, deep expertise in Figma and modern design-system methodologies, and a hands-on approach to AI-powered workflows and governance. Fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to influence multiple teams are expected. Hybrid work model with on-site presence required part-time in Bordeaux; permanent contract, immediate availability.
