Job Summary
Design System Manager - Consultant.e role in Paris focusing on launching and governing a scalable Design System as a product. Lead adoption rituals (office hours, feedback sessions), align Product, Tech, Design, and business teams on objectives, and ensure the Design System meets user needs (designers, developers, PMs). Drive a strategic roadmap, governance, and collaboration across teams; articulate the vision, manage prioritization, and measure impact with KPIs. Proficiency with front-end considerations and tools (Figma, Miro, Notion, Slack, JIRA, Zeroheight) and fluency in English required. Expect a hybrid Paris-based setup with two days of remote work per week. Experience in agile environments (SAFe, Scrum) and a track record of scaling design systems is essential.
Required Qualifications
