Job Summary
Define the vision and governance of the Design System to ensure alignment with product, business, and technical goals. Pilot the roadmap, scale the system across multiple B2B products, and facilitate adoption by supporting designers and developers daily. Coordinate closely with Product Managers and technical teams to balance design quality with implementation constraints. Structure processes, rituals, and documentation to improve team efficiency and maintain consistent, accessible digital experiences. Measure impact through adoption metrics and continuously refine the system based on feedback and front-end integration needs.
Required Qualifications
- Significative experience in the management, structuring or piloting of a Design System within complex digital environments
- Experience in contexts involving Design, Product and Development teams with mastery of scalability, coherence and adoption challenges
- Mastery of Design System, Design Ops and governance principles with ability to implement processes for maintenance, evolution and adoption
- Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Figma and their component libraries
- Understanding of front-end integration issues (HTML, CSS, modern frameworks) and ability to dialogue effectively with technical teams to take into account implementation constraints
- Sensitivity to accessibility standards and UX/UI best practices
- Ability to define a vision and roadmap while adopting a hands-on and pragmatic approach to support teams with daily problems
- Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset with ability to prioritize, advance multiple subjects in parallel and find the right balance between long-term coherence and short-term operational needs in an Agile, B2B and constantly evolving environment
- Ability to foster knowledge sharing, encourage best practices and actively contribute to advancing Design System and Design Ops maturity within teams
Desired Qualifications
- Mastery of subjects such as variables, design tokens or multi-platform systems is a plus
- Experience with mobile or multi-platform Design Systems is appreciated
- Knowledge of tools such as Storybook, Zeroheight or equivalents constitutes a plus
- Experience in B2B, international environments or involving many products and stakeholders is an asset
- Sensitivity to eco-design, UX Writing, micro-interactions, Product Discovery or AI applied to design systems is appreciated
