Design Studio Spc/Home Stylist

Job Summary
As a Design Studio Specialist, you will inspire customers through personalized consultations, assisting them in designing their living spaces and completing sales transactions. Responsibilities include performing in-home consultations, accurately measuring spaces, creating design plans, and maintaining knowledge of current sales promotions. The role requires strong communication, ability to handle large orders, and a background in customer service. Physical requirements include mobility on the sales floor and lifting items up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
- Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within a variety of sales channels
- Demonstrate superior product knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in working with the elements of design preferred
- Strong communication and clienteling skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
