Job Summary
The Design Studio Specialist role involves assisting clients with their home design needs through one-on-one consultations, both in-store and in-home. Responsibilities include conducting productive in-home consultations, accurately measuring clients' living spaces, creating and presenting design plans tailored to client needs, and maintaining product knowledge to achieve sales goals. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to handle complex orders, and retail sales experience. Physical requirements include mobility on the sales floor and the ability to lift items up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in working with the elements of design preferred
- Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills
