Job Summary
Design Studio Manager for Emser Design & Inspiration Gallery in Miami. Lead daily operations, gallery presentation, merchandising, and client experience; serve as a brand ambassador within the Miami design community; support outside sales with client visits, design consultations, product selections, and showroom appointments; plan and host showroom events, CEU classes, and networking opportunities; maintain and refresh displays, samples, and sales materials; manage the gallery’s social media presence and coordinate collaborations with vendors and partners; track leads and client interactions to support sales growth. The ideal candidate is polished, social, design-focused, with established relationships in the local A&D community and experience engaging designers, architects, developers, and high-end clients while communicating follow-up and project details to the appropriate sales contact.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years showroom, design studio, interior design, A&D, sales support, or luxury client-facing experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- 2–4+ years showroom, design studio, interior design, A&D, sales support, or luxury client-facing experience preferred
- Strong existing relationships within the Miami design, architecture, luxury residential, hospitality, or custom home builder community
- Experience working with high-end clientele and design professionals
- Tile, stone, flooring, surfacing, or interior finishes experience preferred
- Prior showroom, gallery, or design studio management experience preferred
- Ability to professionally present in-house CEU classes & product presentations
- Comfortable managing local social media content and promoting studio activity through digital channels
- Highly social, polished, professional, and comfortable building relationships in the design community
- Creative, proactive, and able to identify opportunities to increase studio visibility and client engagement
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with outside sales and Business Development Manager to support sales growth
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred in the Miami market
