Design Studio Specialist to assist clients in-store and in-home design consultations, create design plans, drive store sales, and manage related services. Responsibilities include one-on-one consultations, measuring living spaces, presenting design plans, maintaining knowledge of current promotions, and facilitating services such as gift wrap, gift registry, catalog/internet orders, special orders, back orders, courier deliveries, and furniture orders. Must demonstrate strong communication, clienteling, and multi-tasking abilities, handle complex large orders across sales channels, and be mobile on the sales floor with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Full-time associates should have open availability; part-time flex requires weekend shifts and additional weekday availability.
