Design Specialist to guide buyers through design selections in our Design Studio, own client relationships from first contact through final selections, ensure decisions are finalized at least 45 days before groundbreaking, coordinate with Sales and Construction for smooth handoffs, and maintain accurate pricing and updates. Seeking a polished, professional, design- and sales-driven individual who can translate clients’ visions into cohesive spaces, bring energy to appointments, and deliver a premium, stress-free design experience for Brown Haven Homes. 3+ years of design selections experience in the homebuilding industry; strong organizational, communication, and tech-savvy skills; team-oriented with a client-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience guiding buyers through design selections within the homebuilding industry
