Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one design consultations in-store and in-home to assist clients with living space design, accurately measure spaces, and present tailored design plans. Drive store sales by promoting current promotions while utilizing exemplary service standards for special orders, gift wrapping, and merchandise delivery. Demonstrate superior product knowledge across the design studio assortment and coordinate complex large orders across multiple sales channels. Requires 1-2 years of retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and weekend availability for two regularly scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills
- Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within a variety of sales channels
- 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs.
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts during the week
- Associate must be available on two separate days for weekend shifts (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in working with the elements of design preferred
