Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one design consultations in-store and in-home to assess living spaces, measure rooms, and create personalized design plans that drive store sales. Deliver exemplary service by assisting customers with special orders, gift wrapping, catalog deliveries, and locating merchandise while promoting continued brand engagement. Maintain current knowledge of sales promotions to exceed productivity goals and coordinate complex large orders across multiple sales channels. Requires weekend availability (Friday through Sunday) and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills
- Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within a variety of sales channels
- 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs.
- Must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend
- Must be available to work two regularly scheduled shifts during the week
- Must be available Friday-Sunday
- Must be able to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Must be able to work two regularly scheduled shifts during the week (Monday to Thursday)
- Must be available on two separate days for weekend shifts (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday)
- Must be available for greater availability beyond the minimum required if scheduled 20 hours or more weekly
Desired Qualifications
