Job Summary
Design Studio Specialist to assist clients in-store and in-home consultations, driving store sales through design expertise and personalized service. Responsibilities include measuring living spaces, creating and presenting design plans based on client needs, staying informed on current promotions, and coordinating various order types (gift wrap, registry, catalog/internet orders, special orders, back orders, courier deliveries, and furniture orders) while delivering World-class service. Requires strong communication, clienteling, and ability to manage complex large orders across multiple sales channels; 1-2 years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred. Full-time role based in Scarsdale, NY; open availability on weekends may be required. Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour (annualized to $35,360–$39,520). Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience
- Strong communication and clienteling skills
