Job Summary
Design Sales Specialist/Home Stylist in Oak Brook, IL, driving in-store and in-home design consultations to close sales, create design plans, measure living spaces, and coordinate furniture orders while providing world-class service, gift services, and knowledge of current promotions. Must leverage design expertise, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales/productivity goals with strong communication and clienteling skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills
- Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within a variety of sales channels
- Must be mobile on the sales floor and able to lift up to 75 lbs.
