Job Summary
Inspire customers to design their living spaces through consultations in-store and in-home, driving store sales. Perform in-home consultations, create and present tailored design plans, and maintain knowledge of current sales for effective engagement and customer service. Require strong communication skills and experience in customer service and retail sales. Physical ability to lift items up to 75 lbs and maintain mobility on the sales floor is needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills
- Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within a variety of sales channels
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in working with the elements of design
