Design Sales Representative at 3 Day Blinds helps clients transform homes and workspaces by matching them with window treatment solutions, closes sales using a proven value proposition, and proactively builds a personal pipeline through referrals, networking, and research. The role involves delivering five-star service, following up professionally with clients and teammates, adapting to business needs with flexible scheduling, and being comfortable with travel and local canvassing or longer drives. Candidates should have a designer’s eye, strong problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to work independently or with a team, and full-time availability including one weekend day.
