Job Summary
Lead selling, service, and clienteling efforts to drive traffic, conversion, and brand loyalty. Model sales behaviors for the team, serve as a learning partner for new associates, and manage Brickworks to assign design appointments. Maximize floor performance by ensuring effective cashwrap organization and supporting peak sales coverage. Partner with management to assess talent and achieve personal productivity targets. Full-time role with open availability for weekend shifts and peak periods. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail sales experience
- shift supervision experience
- 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities

- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples
- Ability to lift & mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment & safety techniques
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Full time associates must have open availability to meet the needs of the business
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday)
- Weekend availability must be on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday)
- Lead associates must have availability for peak sales/traffic or to support selling when Sales Associates cannot be scheduled
- Employment/promotion to this role contingent on successful completion of a background check
