Job Summary
Meet clients in their homes for confirmed sales appointments to sell interior and exterior window treatments, progressing from blinds and shades to shutters and draperies. Measure windows accurately and assist clients in selecting the best window treatment options. Hand off completed paperwork and photos to the admin team for ordering while generating your own leads during downtime. This fast-paced, in-home role requires driving to multiple daily appointments, standing or walking for long periods, and lifting materials up to 50lbs. Compensation includes a choice between base plus commission or commission-only, with projected first-year earnings of $75-110k.
Required Qualifications
- A competitive go-getter with a proven ability to close deals
- In-home sales experience, or transferable experience in a similarly fast-paced sales environment
- Comfortable driving to multiple appointments daily
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Basic tech savvy and comfort with everyday sales and quoting tools
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable driving, standing, or walking for long periods throughout the workday
- Able to measure spaces and lift and carry sample books and materials up to 30-50lbs
- Monday through Saturday + 1 weekday off + Sundays off
