Design Review Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate design review for airport infrastructure projects; manage contract processes including RFPs and bid specifications; perform technical review of construction plans submitted by tenants, clients and contractors; liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants; conduct site visits to verify compliance with plans and specifications; provide technical subject matter expertise across multi-disciplinary areas; establish and maintain relationships with contractors, program managers, project engineers, design firms, construction firms, and other agencies; participate in scoping and pre-construction meetings and support integration of design with planning and maintenance functions. Requires Associate’s degree, 7+ years of direct experience in architecture/engineering/construction administration, and credentials such as SIDA clearance, a valid driver’s license, and position-appropriate NIMS training; on-site work at Burlington, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Associate’s degree
- Minimum Years of Direct Experience: 7
- Details: Architecture, engineering, utilities, project management and/or construction administration. Experience managing architectural and engineering contracts is preferred. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
