Job Summary
Lead assigned multi-residential projects by taking full ownership, managing budgets, and ensuring schedules are met. Direct external professionals and the construction team to achieve quality objectives while coordinating plan reviews, structural system selections, and technical approvals. Negotiate fees and contracts for service providers and geotechnical requirements, then oversee mobilization, site visits, and on-site issue resolution. Facilitate tenant needs assessments and ensure all authority approvals align with established timelines. Keep the Director, Construction informed of progress and intervene to address specific project challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, or a college diploma in Architectural Technology
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a developer, real estate owner/operator, general contractor, or similar organization
- Strong knowledge of various building construction systems
