Job Summary
Manage all project design activities from feasibility studies through stable production, establishing scope, budget, and schedule baselines based on approved PRD and SOW. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and functional leads to resolve issues, track expenses, and lead project gate reviews for risk assessment. Facilitate change control processes, communicate impacts to customers and GTPM, and develop new baselines for approved modifications. Ensure seamless handovers to NPI TPM and support technical discussions with customers alongside the GTPM and Global Account Manager.
Required Qualifications
- More than 10 years' project management related working experience
- Bachelor or above degree or working experience related to Mechanical Product Design
- Excellent command of English with near-native communication proficiency
- Strong Chinese communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in multinational and cross-cultural team environments
- Good master of excel, word, PPT
- Good communication ability
- Optimistic and positive
- Have corresponding ability of problem resolving
