Design Project Engineer

Job Summary
Oversee the design phase of projects, coordinating design development across architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure interfaces to ensure builds are practical, compliant, and aligned with project requirements, program, budget, and quality standards. Act as the interface between consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and the client delivery team to resolve design-related issues. Lead design workshops and progress reviews, manage design submissions and RFIs, support testing, commissioning, and handover, and maintain design tracking and change-management processes. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders (including Formula 1) to incorporate requirements, and ensure timely delivery of coordinated, buildable, and cost-effective design solutions using AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant simulation tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in design engineering within the project management sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and quality assurance procedures
- Available to commence immediately
