Job Summary
Senior Design Project Coordinator role supporting project execution and delivery for design and construction stakeholders in a remote, fast-paced environment. You will lead coordination of design deliverables and milestones from kickoff through closeout, act as liaison between the Owner and Engineers of Record to ensure timely and accurate delivery of models, drawings, and record documents, track design schedules, drive accountability, oversee project systems and document environments, review QA/QC drawings and documents for standards compliance, facilitate cross-functional reviews, maintain accurate project records, and support construction-phase execution and change-management while identifying workflow improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Design and/or Construction industry as it relates to project or program management
- Familiarity with full project lifecycle from pre-construction thru closeout
- Experience in document control with revision control and document repository management
- Familiarity with QAQC of documents per established standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration (Preferred)
- Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud, G-suite, SharePoint (Preferred)
- Demonstrated capability to lead decisively in challenging and intricate environments (Preferred)
- Proven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards successful delivery, even without formal authority (Preferred)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge in data center engineering or construction (Preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to stakeholders (Preferred)
- Ability to work with a remote and geographically dispersed team (multiple time zones) (Preferred)
