Design Program Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage digital design projects within Digital Customer Experience (DCE). Oversee project intake, assessment, resourcing, and execution; partner with Design Leads, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Scrum Masters for project delivery and reporting; facilitate cross-team project discussions and stakeholder engagement; collaborate with Digital Design, Product, and Line-of-Business teams for capacity planning and execution guidance; track project milestones, update status, and produce reports; consult with design teams to develop clear plans for design activities; ensure deliverables are specified, scoped, and agreed upon between clients and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project/program management experience with digital design or marketing teams
- Understanding of product development lifecycle at scale
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Familiarity with Atlassian/JIRA software tools
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple work streams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes
