Job Summary
Modify or create implementation documents applying standard architectural techniques and collaborative design computations under direction. Perform routine architectural assignments, collaborate with team members on designated design responsibilities, and attend on-site visits, field reviews, and client or project meetings. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, schedules, and processing implementation documentation and samples. Participate in team meetings to discuss project issues and coordinate with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors. This role supports project teams using developing professional skills while working under general supervision. Candidates must possess an accredited professional degree in Architecture or related field and basic skills in Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited professional degree in Architecture or related field
- 0-3 years of experience
- On the path to Architectural Registration
- Advanced – expert-level experience, knowledge or skills
- Intermediate – experience, knowledge or skills required to produce high-quality solutions or work
- Basic – familiar with primary concepts or capabilities and may perform elementary functions depending on role
- Basic skills in Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper
- Basic skills in Bluebeam, Twinmotion, Enscape or other visualization tools
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks and Dynamo
- Basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Basic skills in MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines
- Basic knowledge of materials, construction techniques, building codes and QA/QC process
- Basic presentation, graphic and visualization skills to communicate ideas
- Basic experience with the entire project lifecycle through post-occupancy
- Basic ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
- Basic ability to problem solve and collaborate on innovative solutions
- Basic ability to work in a team environment
- Basic ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Basic ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality
- Travel may be required
