Job Summary
Support the project team in achieving scope and budget alignment, schedule alignment, and construction readiness. Manage project schedules, key milestones, and budget trending logs while assisting with regulatory approvals, bid package preparation, and subcontractor selection. Identify technical design concerns and escalate them to achieve resolution. Assist in establishing project expectations and communications to ensure a smooth transition to construction operations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering, two years of experience, and 50% travel. Base pay ranges from $84,100 to $113,500 for Engineer I.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Estimating, or equivalent field
- Minimum of two year's relevant experience
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, and pertinent web application skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
